Design House, is a dedication to the magnificent and even sublime original material, textiles and centuries of master craftspeople involved in the culture of handcrafted Japanese fabrics at their finest and their ever evolving applications over the ages throughout Japan and around the world in design, fashion and art.

Central to that dedication is our global commitment at Beyond Dreams Kyoto to introducing and sharing the culture of Japanese fabrics throughout the world. We strive to lead in opening the world at large to our deep appreciation for the true wonder, beauty and value that are heir to the extraordinary legacies, traditional techniques and priceless wisdom that inform and inspire the ever evolving new and inventive applications possible in the worlds of Japanese fabrics, particularly in the cultures of kimono and hyosogire fabric framing and mounting.
